For the test

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the dough.


Mix warm milk with yeast and sugar, and then let the sourdough rise 15 minutes.

Then add to the sourdough all the other ingredients: beaten eggs, wheat flour, salt and melted butter. Knead smooth and non-sticky dough.
Cover the plate with the dough with a film or a towel and leave everything in a warm place on 1 hour to rise.

Cook the filling at the same time.
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Melt the butter in a pan and put the onions in it. Cook over low heat under a lid for 15 minutesstirring occasionally.
Remove the onions from the heat, add poppy seeds, salt and pepper. Stir everything and let cool.

Step 3: sculpt cebulyazhi.


Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and first roll a ball from each, and then flatten it with your palms to make a flat cake.
You can also roll out the dough and then cut the cakes out of it.
Give the tortillas 45 minutes on a detuning. Let the dough still increase in size.
Lubricate the cakes with a beaten egg. In the center of each, make a deepening and put in the filling of fried onions with poppy seeds.

Preheat the oven to 215 degrees. Send cebuuli to it and bake them for 25-30 minutes.
