Fried carrots garnished


  1. Carrot (young) several pieces
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Pepper to taste
  4. Sugar to taste
  5. Butter 1 tablespoon

Step 1: peel the carrots.

Take carrots thin, if one was not found, after peeling, cut the carrots into halves or quarters, and then cut them in length.

Step 2: cook the carrots.

Step 3: fry the carrots.

Discard boiled carrots in a colander, and then pour into a skillet, adding butter, pepper, sugar and salt.

Step 4: Serve the fried carrots to the side dish.
