Fried carrots garnished

Ingredients

  1. Carrot (young) several pieces
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Pepper to taste
  4. Sugar to taste
  5. Butter 1 tablespoon

Cooking:

Step 1: peel the carrots.

Take carrots thin, if one was not found, after peeling, cut the carrots into halves or quarters, and then cut them in length.

Step 2: cook the carrots.


Dip the peeled and chopped carrots in a pan, fill with water and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer until tender. But do not keep it long so that the carrots do not boil and do not lose their taste.

Step 3: fry the carrots.


Discard boiled carrots in a colander, and then pour into a skillet, adding butter, pepper, sugar and salt.

Fry constantly stirring until the carrot becomes glazed, covered with a glossy crust.

Step 4: Serve the fried carrots to the side dish.


Transfer the grated carrots to a plate and serve hot. You can even not only as a side dish, but also as a main dish, because it is delicious incredibly.
