Ingredients

  2. Salt 1 pinch
  3. Sugar 100 grams

  7. Flour 180 grams

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the dough.


Beat eggs with salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Get the air mixture and add oil right away. Beat everything again again.

Then add milk, mix well again and add the sifted flour. Knead the dough by mixing all the ingredients well.

Step 2: prepare the cherries.


Oil the baking dish.

Rinse the cherries, remove the seeds and pour it evenly on a greased form.

Pour the dough into a mold with a cherry.

Bake klafuti with cherry in warmed up 180 degrees oven for 40-45 minutes.
It is important to put klafuti baked in a preheated oven.
Check readiness with a toothpick.
