  6. Garlic 3 tooth.
  7. Soy sauce 3 tbsp. l
  8. Salt 2 tbsp. l
  9. Ground black pepper 1 tsp.
  10. Ground coriander 1 tsp
  11. Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp

Cooking steps: 1. Chop vegetables. 2. Sprinkle eggplant abundantly with salt and leave it to release bitterness. 3.
