Light salad with yogurt and honey dressing

Ingredients for making a light salad with yogurt and honey dressing

For salad

  1. Lettuce 1 piece
  2. Cherry Tomatoes 6 pieces
  3. Sweet pepper 1 piece
  4. Green onions to taste

For refueling

  1. Mustard 1 tablespoon
  2. Honey 1 teaspoon
  3. Lemon juice with 1/2 lemon
  4. Greek yogurt 400 grams
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Balsamic vinegar 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

  • Serving 4 servings

Inventory:

Kitchen knife, cutting board, tablespoon, salad bowl.

Cooking:

Step 1: chop the vegetables.


Pepper seed, rinse and cut into small cubes.
Wash, dry and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Rinse the lettuce leaves, dry and tear into fairly large pieces.
Chopped green onions finely.
Mix all the vegetables in a suitable sized salad bowl.

Step 2: prepare a dressing of yogurt and honey.


Mix honey with mustard, adding lemon juice and vinegar. Then pour the resulting mixture into yogurt, salt to taste and again mix very well to get a uniform dressing.

Step 3: mix the salad.


Now add yogurt-honey sauce to your salad, mix and serve right there.

Step 4: serve a light salad with yogurt and honey dressing.


Here is such a light and very tasty salad you get. Cook it as an independent dish or as an addition to the hot one.
