Chicken Heart Soup

Ingredients for Making Chicken Heart Soup

  1. Chicken hearts 1 substrate (400 grams, approximately)
  2. Onion 1/2 large onion
  3. Hot pepper paste 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  4. Seasoning to taste
  5. Garlic 3 cloves
  6. 2 egg yolks
  7. Greek yogurt (0% fat) 4 tablespoons
  8. Fresh or dried parsley 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Ground black pepper to taste
  • Main ingredients: Heart, Chicken, Yogurt
  • Serving 3 servings

Inventory:

Saucepan, kitchen knife, ladle, plate, cutting board, whisk.

Cooking:

Step 1: stew chicken hearts.


Rinse the hearts, clean and dry. Then drop them to the bottom of the pan in which you will cook the soup, and fry so that the hearts change color from all sides.

Step 2: add onion and pepper paste.

Add finely chopped onions to the hearts, mix.

Add the hot pepper paste.

Mix everything again and simmer somehow all together.

Step 3: add water.


Add salt, pepper, chicken seasoning and pour in water (how much, decide for yourself).
Bring the soup to a boil and cook it for 20 minutes over low heat.

Step 4: mix the yogurt with the yolks.


When the soup is ready, mix the yolks in a bowl with yogurt, herbs and chopped garlic.

Stir everything with a whisk until a smooth creamy mass.

To prevent yogurt and eggs from curling up in the soup, pour it carefully 3-4 ladles hot stock and mix very well.

You should again have a homogeneous mass.

Step 5: add yogurt to the soup.


Add yogurt to the soup.

And mix everything well without removing from the heat.

Let the chicken heart soup boil a little more, check if there is enough salt and spices, if necessary, add more. Everything! You can serve it to the table!

Step 6: serve chicken heart soup.
