Cooking:

We wash and prepare all the vegetables for the salad. Chop the chicken fillet into strips, optionally. Put the frying pan on the stove and pour the vegetable oil, you can olive. We send the chicken meat to the pan, add salt and pepper to taste, stir with a spatula and fry. Cut the cabbage. and pour hot boiled water for 10 minutes. Take a Korean carrot grater and rub the carrots and beets. Rinse the grater and potatoes well, then rinse it with cold water, put it on a sheet of paper and cover with another, carefully hold it firmly so that excess moisture comes out of the potato, prepare for deep-frying. Do not forget about the chicken meat in a pan, stir it occasionally until fully cooked and remove. Put our “miracle pan” on the stove and fill in sunflower oil to hide the deep-frying grate, spread and fry our potatoes in a hot pan. As soon as the potato has turned golden, the thin straws are fried quite quickly, put it on sheets of paper. As soon as the excess fat is absorbed into the paper, put it on a plate on which Ora start collecting our salad - "Designer". The salad is seasoned with each one to taste individually, for an amateur. A healthy diet tornado salad was obtained in its full glory!
