- Ceps 300 gr
- Cream 10% 200 ml
- Garlic 1 clove
- Onion 1 pc.
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper 5 peas
- Allspice 2-3 peas
- Bay leaf 1 pc.
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

Cooking:

Dice the onion in a small dice. Chop the garlic.

Mushrooms cut into cubes or along.

Fry the onion until golden on a mixture of butter and vegetable oils, remove it from the pan. Fry the mushrooms in a mixture of butter and vegetable oils until golden brown.

Add cream, black and allspice, simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Add garlic, fried onions, bay leaf, salt to taste, simmer another 3 minutes.
