Cream of mushrooms - a delicious recipe for fried mushrooms

Ingredients

  1. Ceps 300 gr
  2. Cream 10% 200 ml
  3. Garlic 1 clove
  4. Onion 1 pc.
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Black pepper 5 peas
  7. Allspice 2-3 peas
  8. Bay leaf 1 pc.
  9. Butter 1 tbsp
  10. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

Cooking:



Dice the onion in a small dice. Chop the garlic.

Mushrooms cut into cubes or along.

Fry the onion until golden on a mixture of butter and vegetable oils, remove it from the pan. Fry the mushrooms in a mixture of butter and vegetable oils until golden brown.

Add cream, black and allspice, simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Add garlic, fried onions, bay leaf, salt to taste, simmer another 3 minutes.
