Ingredients

Sauce 1

  1. boiled egg yolks 2-3 pcs
  2. sour cream 15-20% 200 gr.
  3. lemon juice 1 tsp
  4. mustard 1-1.5 tsp
  5. lemon juice 1 tsp
  6. salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
  7. black pepper optional

Sauce 2

  1. milk 100 ml.
  2. sunflower oil 50 ml.
  3. lemon juice 1 tsp
  4. mustard 1 tsp
  5. salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
  6. sugar 1 tsp without slide

Sauce 1
Put three chicken yolks in a bowl, add about 1/3 tsp to them. salt, a little sugar, 1 tsp mustard and 1 tsp lemon juice. Grind with a fork. Then add 200 gr. sour cream and mix. We try the sauce and add it as desired. In no case should the sauce be interrupted by a blender, otherwise it will become liquid. Sour cream can be replaced with white yogurt.

Sauce 2

1) 50 ml. milk with vegetable oil 100 ml. beat the blender at an average speed of 20-30 seconds without tearing the blender from the bottom of the container. After the specified time, the sauce will begin to thicken, you can tear off the blender from the bottom and continue beating for another 20-30 seconds.

2) Once the sauce has thickened, add 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp sugar without a hill, salt, about 1/2 tsp and 1 tsp mustard. Combine all the ingredients with a blender. There is one caveat, mustard will be clearly felt in the finished sauce, so buy mustard to your liking, also the sharpness of mustard is different for all producers, so adjust its amount to your liking.

Sauces are ready! Thick, incredibly tasty and without harmful additives. I like these sauces much more than the store ones! Such sauces can be seasoned with any salads where mayonnaise is required by prescription, they are not suitable for baking.
