Blue Velvet Sponge Cake


For biscuit:

  3. flour 70 g
  4. blue tea 1 tsp

For filling:

  1. cream 33% -200 ml. taste
  2. blueberry jam 2 tbsp

Beat eggs with sugar in a lush foam, about 5-7 minutes.

Sift the flour and add blue tea.

Combine the flour with the eggs and mix gently.

We cover the baking sheet with parchment with greased oil, lay out the dough and distribute it into a layer about 1 cm thick. We bake at 180 ° C for 10-12 minutes, the main thing is not to overdo it otherwise the cake will become brown and brittle.

Turn the baked cake into a roll while it is hot, and leave to cool. Whip cream until thick.

We unroll the cake, first grease it with blueberry jam, spread the whipped cream evenly on top and roll it up again.

The roll is ready! You can serve immediately or refrigerate for a couple of hours. Enjoy your meal!)
