  1. large champignons 700-900 gr

Peel the mushrooms, remove the legs. Line the baking sheet with baking paper. Grease champignon caps with melted butter and put on a baking sheet.
Salt and pepper minced meat. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Fry the minced meat in a pan with chopped green onions and garlic. Add cottage cheese, cheese, dried herbs, grated hard cheese. Stir and turn off the heat.
Stuff the champignon caps with the minced meat and cheese. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped tops of green onions.
