Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Boil meat, carrots, potatoes, parsnips, celery and potatoes. I use a slow cooker and cook all together, you can do it separately, as you prefer, the main thing is that in the end the ingredients are ready.
Pour 1.5 liters of water into a slow cooker, salt, put meat and cook it in the cooking or stewing mode for 1 hour.
Then you need to let off steam, add peeled root vegetables (carrots, potatoes, celery, parsnips) to the meat and put the program on another 15 minutes.
Allow the vegetables and meat to cool, and then cut them into small cubes. And in exactly the same cubes, chop the pickled cucumbers and peppers.
Step 2: mix the ingredients.
Mix all the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl, salt and pepper to taste, add mayonnaise and mustard. Mix well.
Step 3: serve the festive meat salad.
I recommend putting the holiday salad on a plate using a mold, and grease it with mayonnaise on top and lay out beautifully sliced cucumbers, peppers or sour berries.
When serving, festive meat salad cut into pieces, like a cake, to preserve its appearance.
