Ingredients

  1. Rice 1.5 cups
  2. Poppy 1 and 1/3 cup
  3. Dried fruits with nuts (your favorite) 220 grams
  4. Honey 2-3 tablespoons
  5. Butter 70-80 grams
  6. Almond oil for aroma

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the poppy.


Brew poppy seeds by lowering it in hot water and keeping it in boiling water 30 minutes. Then strain it by folding it onto a sieve to drain excess water.
Grind the poppy with a blender or wipe with a mortar.

Step 2: cook rice.


Cook the friable rice at the same time. Drain excess water.

Step 3: chop dried fruits and nuts.


Cut nuts and dried fruits into smaller pieces with a knife.

Step 4: mix dried fruits and poppy seeds with rice.


Melt the butter in a pan, add honey and mix while heating. Add poppy seeds, nuts and dried fruits. Shuffle. Warm for 5 minutes. Add more honey to taste and add almond oil for flavor.

Add hot rice, mix well and serve immediately.

Step 5: serve Christmas Kutia.
