Soup with Cabbage and Sausages


  1. Sausages 500 gr
  2. Potato 500 gr
  3. Cabbage 500 gr
  4. Leek 1-2 pcs
  5. 1-2 carrots
  6. Celery stalks 2-3 pcs
  7. Garlic 3-4 cloves
  8. Chicken stock 1.5-2 L
  9. Vegetable oil to taste
  10. Italian herbs to taste
  11. Bay leaf to taste
  12. Pepper to taste
  13. Salt to taste

Cut sausages into rings, fry in vegetable oil in a saucepan. Remove the sausages from the saucepan. Add oil if necessary and fry chopped leeks, celery stalks, carrots.
Add chopped cabbage and squeeze the garlic. Fry a little. Pour in chicken stock.
Add the fried sausages, potatoes, Italian herbs, bay leaves, salt, pepper. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
