Beat sugar with a pinch of salt with butter, then add eggs one at a time and beat well for about three minutes. Add the baking powder to the flour and gradually introduce it into the dough, sifting and gently kneading with light movements. We put it on the table, roll in flour and separate the third part of the dough, put it in a bag and send it to the freezer for 20 minutes. The rest of the dough is put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

Cover the form with parchment paper, put the dough and use your fingers to even out the whole shape, then any jam or fresh berries, fruits, you can frozen. Rub the dough from the freezer on a coarse grater. We send to the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Have a nice tea party with a delicious pie!
