Minced pasta


  1. pasta horns 350 gr
  2. ground beef 500 gr
  3. canned chopped tomatoes 800 ml
  4. cheddar cheese 200 gr
  5. olive oil to taste
  6. chili flakes to taste
  7. onion 1 pc.
  8. carrots 1 pc.
  9. celery 2 stalks
  10. 1/2 cup frozen corn
  11. chicken broth 2 cups
  12. spicy tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  13. paprika 1 tsp
  14. dried oregano 1 tsp
  15. dried garlic 1 tsp
  16. tomato paste 2 tbsp
  17. pepper to taste
  18. green onions to taste

In a pan with a thick bottom, heat olive oil with chili pepper flakes. Add chopped onions and celery stalks, grated carrots. Fry until the onions are transparent. Then add ground beef. Stir. Fry minced beef only until it changes color. Strong frying is not necessary.
Then add tomato paste, tomato sauce, tomatoes, paprika, oregano, dried garlic, corn, chicken stock. Mix.
Pour pasta, mix and cook under the lid for 10-12 minutes. After that, pepper, add grated cheese, mix well and cook under the lid for another 2 minutes.
