Raffaello Salad

  3. hard cheese 100 g;

  5. garlic 1 clove;
  6. processed cheese 1 pc;
  7. mayonnaise to taste.

Cut the sausage into cubes and put on a flat plate, grease with mayonnaise.
Next, lay the carrots in Korean, previously chopped with a knife.

On a fine grater, grate processed cheese and boiled protein, squeeze a clove of garlic to mix. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Roll small balls from a mixture of protein and cream cheese, roll them in grated hard cheese.
