Cooking:

Mix the eggs well with the sifted flour and salt, pour in the milk and mix until smooth, pour in the melted butter, the dough turns out uniform without a single lump. Leave the dough for 30 minutes.

We prepare the sauce, cut two oranges into slices, squeeze 200 ml from other oranges. juice, add 2 tbsp. sugar and butter (creamy or coconut), sent to the stove and cook for 10 minutes. Punch the mass with a blender, pass through a sieve, add corn starch and send to the stove to a boil. Chill the sauce.
