Red fish fillet with oranges and vegetable salad

Ingredients

  1. Red fish fillet 400 grams
  2. Orange 3 slices + some juice
  3. Lemon 1 pc.
  4. Salad mix 4 handfuls
  5. Black olives or olives 2 handfuls
  6. Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
  7. Dijon mustard 1 tsp
  8. Honey 1 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Pepper to taste
  11. Pomegranate for decoration
  12. Cherry tomatoes a few pieces

Cooking:

Step 1: bake red fish.


Remove the fillet from the skin, remove the bones if accidentally left. Salt and pepper each slice on both sides, pour with lemon and orange juice.
Put the fillet on the foil.

Add peeled slices of orange. Wrap the fillet in foil and send in preheated to 190 degrees oven on 25 minutes.

Step 2: prepare the salad.


Rinse the lettuce mix, dry it, divide it into two parts and put immediately in portions on two different plates. Put tomatoes in half, add olives. Ready to dress: mix olive oil, mustard and honey, add salt and pepper.
Pour salad dressing.

Step 3: serve red fish fillet with oranges and vegetable salad.


Put red fish fillet on top of the salad, add pomegranate seeds and serve hot! This is delicious!
