Hot snack in a baguette

Cut the baguette into slices 7-9 cm high and take out the crumb with a small spoon so that the bottom remains. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions and fry in vegetable oil. Chop the garlic. Finely chop the sausage. Combine the mushrooms with onions, garlic and sausage, salt, pepper and season with sour cream. With the resulting filling, start baguettes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle stuffed baguettes on top. Send baguettes to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle hot baguettes with finely chopped dill and serve hot to the table.
