Chopped chicken breast cutlets


  1. Chicken Breast 700 g
  2. Wheat flour 4,5 tbsp
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Pepper ½ tsp
  5. Sour cream 3 tbsp
  6. Chicken egg 1 pc.
  7. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  8. Parsley 10 g

Chicken breast cut into small cubes, put in a bowl.
Add sour cream, beaten chicken egg, salt, black pepper and parsley, mix and add 4.5 tbsp of flour. Mix everything thoroughly.
Pour vegetable oil into a preheated pan and add prepared minced meat with a tablespoon, one cutlet from 1 tablespoon minced meat with a slide.
Fry meatballs on medium heat for 2 minutes, turn over and close the lid, fry for another 3 minutes.
