Cooking:



Mix the cottage cheese, 1 egg, herbs, salt.

We spread half the filling on each sheet of pita bread and turn it into a roll.

Each roll is cut into 4 parts.

Spread the rolls in a baking dish and grease with an egg. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
