Soup Zatiruha


  1. Potato 4 pcs.
  2. Onion 1 pc.
  3. 1 carrot
  4. Chicken Broth 3 L
  5. Bay leaf 2 pcs.
  6. Egg 1 pc.
  7. Flour 0.5 tbsp.
  8. Vegetable oil 30 ml
  9. Dill for decoration

Step 1 - Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the potatoes into cubes, send to the broth, add bay leaf and cook until cooked. Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil for about five minutes.

Step 2 - Prepare Zatiruha.

Pour the flour into a separate bowl and beat the egg. Using your fingers, grind the egg with flour, as a result, you should get zatiruha - kind of mini-dumplings.

Step 3 - Bon appetit!

Add the cooked carrot and onion roast to the potato with broth, add salt and spices. Add zatiruha and mix gently so that the lumps of dough do not stick together. Cook the soup for about three more minutes and let it stand under the closed lid for another fifteen minutes. Ready soup can be served by sprinkling with dill.
