Potato casserole with mushrooms and chicken

Ingredients for Cooking Potato Casseroles with Mushrooms and Chicken

  1. Potato 4-5 pieces
  2. Chicken Breast 1 piece
  3. Cheese 150 grams
  4. Champignons 10 pieces
  5. Bow (with feathers) 1 piece
  6. Cream 100 milliliters
  7. Vegetable oil to taste
  8. Rosemary to taste
  9. Pepper to taste
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Egg 1 piece
  12. Spices for chicken to taste

Inventory:

Frying pan, baking dish, whisk, spatula, pan, grater, kitchen knife, cutting board.

Cooking:

Step 1: boil the potatoes.


Boil water in a saucepan and send unpeeled but well-washed potatoes to it 15-20 minutes.

Step 2: saute the champignons.


While the potatoes are being cooked, cut mushrooms and onions into thin slices (crumble the feathers into rings) and throw it all in the hot oil in a skillet. First, onion, fry until soft, and then the mushrooms.

Step 3: fry the chicken.


Peel the chicken breast from skin and bones, cut into small pieces and season with chicken spices. Then send the fillet to a pan with mushrooms and onions. Fry until the meat changes color (but not until ready), and then immediately remove from heat.

Step 4: spread the layers of casserole.


Oil the baking dish.
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin circles.
Now collect the casserole. The first layer is a layer of half of the whole potato, the second is half the fried chicken with mushrooms and onions, then the remaining potatoes and the remaining chicken with mushrooms and onions on top.

Whip the cream with egg, salt, rosemary and pepper, and pour the resulting mixture into the mold.
And sprinkle everything with grated cheese at the end.

Step 5: bake potatoes with mushrooms and chicken.


Cooking a potato casserole with mushrooms and chicken in the oven for 20 minutes over medium heat. Make sure that the top does not start to burn if this happens (there are different ovens), just cover the pan with foil and continue cooking.

Step 6: serve the potato casserole with mushrooms and chicken.


After cooking, let the casserole cool slightly, and then cut it into portions and serve it as a main course. It can only be supplemented with some light salad.
