1. Wash the liver, cut out the veins. Cut into small pieces and rinse thoroughly in cold water.
2. Peel, wash and chop the onion.
3. Add onion to the liver, salt, pepper and season with sour cream. Mix everything well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
4. In a preheated pan or pan, add the liver and onions and simmer over low heat with the lid closed for about 50 minutes. After 20 minutes, mix the liver.
