Ingredients

Meatball Soup

  1. Potato 350 gr.

  8. Parsley 1 bunch

Bulgur with chicken

  1. Chicken drumsticks 1 kg.
  2. Bulrug 300 gr.
  3. Garlic 3-6 tooth.
  4. Sunli hops 1 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Black pepper to taste
  7. Tomato paste 1.5 tbsp
  8. Boiling water 1-1,200 l.
  9. Vegetable cooking oil to taste

Salad

  1. Tomatoes 300 gr.
  2. Cucumbers 200 gr.
  3. Sweet pepper 200 gr.
  4. Peas 80 gr.
  5. Dijon mustard 1 tbsp
  6. Dill 1/2 beam
  7. Basil to taste
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

Pie

  1. Kefir 300 ml
  2. Eggs 3 pcs.
  3. Sugar 160 gr.
  4. Vanilla sugar 10 gr.
  5. Baking powder 10 gr.
  6. Flour 260-280 gr.
  7. Apples 2 pcs.
  8. Cinnamon 1 tsp

Meatball Soup

Minced meat. Grind the meat with 1/2 onion with a blender. Wet meatballs. Boil the water. Add the potatoes, as it boils, remove the foam and add the grated carrots, chopped onions, boil for 7-10 minutes. Add meatballs and chopped bell peppers. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Add greens and turn off.

Bulgur with chicken

Fry chicken legs or thighs in a pan with vegetable oil on all sides until golden brown. Add bulgur, spices. Combine boiling water with tomato paste, mix. Pour bulgur with chicken. Simmer under a closed lid for 20-25 minutes.

Salad

In a bowl combine chopped vegetables, canned peas, Dijon mustard, chopped basil and dill. Season with vegetable oil, salt to taste and mix.

Apple and Cinnamon Pie

Beat 3 eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar to increase in volume. Add kefir, quickly combine with a mixer and in 2-3 doses introduce flour with a baking powder for the dough. Beat with a mixer, not for long, only to combine the products. Grease a baking dish with butter. Mold with a diameter of 24 cm, pour the dough into the mold. Cut apples into slices. Stir with cinnamon and spread over the surface of the pie, drowning the apples in the dough. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 * C at an average level of 40-45 minutes.
