Grilled pork with mushrooms and cheese

Ingredients

  1. Pork 700-750 g

Marinade

  1. Vegetable oil 1/3 Art.

  4. 6 cloves garlic
  5. Sweet paprika 2 tsp

  7. Coriander 1 tbsp
  8. Black pepper 1 tsp

Mushrooms and cheese

  1. Mushrooms 500 g
  2. Onion 1 pc.
  3. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  4. Butter 1 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Mozzarella for pizza 100 g

Cooking:

Step 1: pickle the meat.


Cut the pork into slices about 2 cm thick.

Grind the garlic and mix all the ingredients to prepare the marinade in a plate.

Beat the pork with a hammer through the film on both sides. Sliced ​​pork should be about half as thin. Hit not hard, but for a long time.

Combine the marinade with pork, so that all pieces of meat are covered. Cover the plate with cling film and put the meat in the refrigerator for the night or at least for a few hours.

Step 2: prepare the mushrooms.


Rinse the mushrooms, cut into large pieces. Chop the onion into cubes.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, fry the onion in it for 1-2 minutes. Add mushrooms and lightly salt. Fry over high heat, stirring to fry, rather than stew the mushrooms in your own sauce. Wait until all the water has evaporated, add the butter, mix and remove from heat.
Cut mozzarella into thick slices.

Step 3: bake the pork on the grill.


Preheat the grill. Put the pork and bake over high heat over 1.5 minutes from each side.

Then reduce the heat (or place the meat above) and cook over 5-6 minutes on each side, periodically coating the pork with the remaining marinade.

Step 4: add the mushrooms and cheese.


Put on each piece a little mushrooms and a thick slice of mozzarella in the center. And keep cooking until the mozzarella melts.

Step 5: serve grilled pork with mushrooms and cheese.
