Squash caviar "Piquant"


  1. Zucchini 1.5 kg
  2. Carrots 600 gr
  3. Tomatoes 400 gr
  4. Garlic 1 head
  5. Salt 2 tsp
  6. Sugar 3 tbsp
  7. Ground black pepper 2 tsp
  8. Chilli seasoning 0.5 tsp
  9. Water 0.5 L
  10. Sunflower oil to taste

Peel the zucchini, carrots. Cut all the vegetables into small cubes. Peel the garlic and chop finely.
In a preheated pan in a small amount of oil, take turns to fry the zucchini and carrots for about 10 minutes. Fry the garlic until golden brown. We put all the ingredients in a pan: zucchini, carrots, tomatoes, garlic. Add 0.5 l of water and simmer over medium heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. After 1 hour, add salt, sugar, freshly ground black pepper and chili seasoning. Continue to simmer another 30 minutes. After stewing the vegetables, grind everything with a blender.
Zucchini caviar is ready. It has a rich orange color. I like to eat with bread or pasta :) Bon appetit :) Eat more, don’t listen to anyone!
