Preparation: Pour water into a saucepan and put on fire, it is necessary that the water almost boils, does not boil, it is about 90 degrees. While the water boils, fry the toast from 2 sides to a golden color. The bread inside will remain soft and it’s crispy on the outside. Once the water has warmed up, add salt, make a funnel in the water with a spoon (this is necessary so that the egg can be collected in a bag) and break the egg there, keeping your hands directly above the water. Cook for three and a half minutes. During cooking, make sure that the water does not start to boil. As the egg is boiled, we take it out with a slotted spoon and put it on napkins to remove excess water.
