A step-by-step recipe for cooking stuffed zucchini: We prepare the necessary products for the preparation of delicious stuffed zucchini with vegetables. We spread in a large bowl 700 gr. minced meat, break 2 chicken eggs, add 0.5 tsp. Suneli hops, a mixture of peppers, salt to taste, mix well until smooth and set aside. Cut part of the zucchini to prepare the sauce, cut it into cubes and put it in a deep frying pan. Cut the onion head into half rings and add to the pan. Finely chop 3 tooth. garlic, 100 gr. peeled bell pepper in a cube, grate 100 gr. carrots and add to the pan. Arbitrary, but not very small pieces, cut 400 gr. tomatoes and send to the pan. We turn on the stove over medium heat, put a frying pan with vegetables on it, mix and cover with the lid and cook the lecho. Cut the zucchini into 1 cm thick rings and remove the core from each core with a teaspoon. Put the rings from the zucchini onto a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, fill each with the previously prepared ground meat and compact it. We put the baking sheet in the oven, which we turn on for 190-200 degrees and cook the stuffed zucchini for 40 minutes. We chop and finely chop 50 gr. parsley with dill. Add salt and pepper mixture to taste for 50 minutes in a frying pan, which is cooked over low heat for 50 minutes, spread chopped herbs and carefully mix all the ingredients and simmer the vegetables for about 5 minutes until cooked.
