5 eggs with whisk with a glass of sugar in a lush foam. I pour in 150 gr. melted butter. Sift flour with baking powder and pour a pinch of vanillin. Quickly beat with a mixer at low speeds.
1 kg. I clean the apples and cut into slices. Sprinkle with cinnamon, mix and distribute along the bottom of the form. I pour the dough on top, level it and sprinkle with almond petals.
I bake in a preheated to 180 * C oven at an average level of about 40-50 minutes. I check readiness with a wooden stick.
Cool the finished cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
