Grilled Pineapple Ingredients
- Pineapple 1 piece (ripe)
- Liquid honey 80 milliliters
- Vanilla ice cream 400 milliliters

Grill, kitchen knife, tongs.
Step 1: chop the pineapple.
Rinse the pineapple, wipe with towels and, without peeling, cut into rings about one centimeter thick. Cut a hard center out of each circle. As a result, you get pineapple rings.
Step 2: grill the pineapple on the grill.
Preheat the grill and cook pineapple rings on it until a golden lattice appears on the pulp on both sides. Turn the rings over with tongs, it’s most convenient.
Step 3: decorate the dish.
Put the hot rings of freshly fried pineapple on a serving plate and pour each with liquid honey.
Add a couple of balls of vanilla ice cream on top. You can also decorate the dessert with chocolate and mint leaves, but this is optional.
Step 4: serve the pineapple.
