Sandwich with Bacon and Avocado

Ingredients

  1. Bacon 6 slices
  2. 4 slices bread
  3. Butter 1 tbsp
  4. Cheese 4 slices
  5. Avocado 1 pc.
  6. Cherry Tomatoes to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Heat 1/2 tbsp in a pan. butter and fry in it slices of bacon until crisp on both sides. In the remaining oil, fry the bread slices on one side.
Thinly chop avocados and cherry tomatoes.

Step 2: collect the bacon and avocado sandwich.


Put cheese on the fried side of the bread. Then put avocado and tomatoes in two slices, and bacon in the remaining two slices. Connect the halves of the sandwiches. Hold it down.
Melt the remaining butter in a pan and fry the sandwiches from the outside until golden brown on the bread. While frying, lightly press the sandwiches with the spatula on top.

Step 3: serve the bacon and avocado sandwich.


Ready warm sandwiches with bacon and avocado, cut diagonally into halves and serve. You can take them with you, but just cooked they are much tastier.
