Curry Bananas

Ingredients for Making Bananas with Curry

  1. Ripe bananas 2 pieces
  2. Vegetable oil 2 teaspoons
  3. Caraway seeds 1 teaspoon
  4. Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Coriander 1 1/2 teaspoons
  6. Chili pepper 1 teaspoon
  7. Water 2 tablespoons
  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt

Inventory:

Frying pan, knife, spatula, tablespoon.

Cooking:

Step 1: chop the bananas.


Peel the bananas and cut into slices one centimeter thick, approximately.

Step 2: heat the oil.


Heat the oil in a pan. When it reaches a suitable temperature, throw caraway seeds into it and fry them to crackle.

Step 3: fry the bananas with spices.


Add banana to caraway seeds and mix well.

After a few seconds, add the remaining spices.

Turmeric Powder.

As well as ground coriander and salt.

Mix well so that the pieces of fruit are completely covered with spices.

Add a couple of tablespoons of water and mix well again.

Cook bananas for 5 minutesstirring well over medium heat.

Step 4: Serve the Curry Bananas.


Pour the finished banana curry into a deep plate, decorate with herbs and serve as a snack. Best with pita bread, flat bread or just bread. It has a very amazing taste, it’s hard for me to compare it with something, but lovers of exotic will definitely like it.
