CARROT CUTLETS with semolina.


  1. Carrots (boil) 500g
  2. Egg 1 piece
  3. Sugar 1 tbsp
  4. Sour cream -1 tbsp. taste
  5. Manka 4 tbsp
  6. Salt 1/2 tsp
  7. Sunflower oil for frying

Boil carrots, cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Beat one egg, add to carrots. Add 3 tbsp. semolina, salt, sugar. Mix everything, leave for 15-20 minutes.
Blind cutlets from 1 tbsp. l dough, roll in semolina or breadcrumbs. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
